Originating in England as a hoppy version of a standard pale ale, the style has been effectively stolen by the West coast of the United States, whose breweries remain in a battle for who can create the most bitter but balanced hop bomb. At Peacemaker we’ve added new world hops and citrus zest to a traditional English IPA malt bill with just a touch of rye for a refreshing spicy, citrus IPA.
